CB Property Sales joins MLS:03724 Membership

In January 2021, CB Property Sales became the latest member of Teulada-Moraira’s leading Estate Agency Network. This bring the number of ‘partners’ to 15.

Established in 2009, and run by Roland Guy, CB Property Sales offer villas for sale in Moraira, Benissa and the surrounding area. In their portfolio they also have  luxury villas, fincas, apartments, townhouses, plots and new build villas. They are able to assist you in five languages, English, French, German, Dutch and Spanish, and they work independently as estate agents and have a history of also collaborating with other established and trustworthy agents in the Costa Blanca area.

Roland has recognized for a long time that not all agents are the same when it comes to service and professionalism. Collaborating with other agents was one thing, but there needs to be something better.
