The desire to collaborate with total transparency and professionalism amongst colleagues in the same sector has been the motivation for wanting to join the MLS03724. The possibility to meet and socialize with other professionals, to stay up-to-date with the new developments within the sector and thereby improve as a real estate agent, are other strengths of this association that will improve the image of our profession. An honor to be part of this group of professionals.

During the 20 years I've been in this business I've seen a lot of sprawl. Real estate agents, who work from home, offices with a cash-and-carry mentality and their disappointed clients, lack of integrity and professionalism. This has a negative effect on the reputation of our industry, and we and our professional colleagues suffer from this. That is why I am very happy with the MLS:03720 initiative. Fellow estate agents, who, like us, adhere to the rules of conduct and the ethics of the brokerage. A group of serious professionals who eat together to protect (potential) customers from disappointment. I join this group with full conviction.

With the illusion of improving and offering an excellent service to our clients, I embarked on this project that I firmly believe will mark a before and after in the real estate sector of our town. Transparency and continuing education are what really motivated me to join MLS03724.

Excited to be part of a group of real estate agents who share the same professionalism and passion for wanting to renew as a real estate agent, with determination to improve the image and prestige of the sector in our area.

I decided to be part of this Association, because I believe it is important that our sector receives the required value and ethics, in order to give a more professional and competent image to our clients and external competitors.

I am delighted to be part of this group of pioneers that we all struggle to achieve regularity and certain security for both clients and agencies. The Association will help us standardize certain processes that are not established by law but are important to highlight those real estate agencies whose passion is to help and offer a quality service to their customers, whether they are buyers or sellers.

With a distinct lack of regulation in the real estate sector in Spain, I decided to participate as a founder member to offer our customers, both sellers and buyers a more regulated industry in our town. To take away the confusion of how best to sell or buy in our area and to offer the best service in terms of, knowledge, know-how, transparency, and ultimately trust. This along with continuous training can only offer my clients the best security of all when making one of the biggest transactions of their lives (and usually in a foreign country!)
